Warranty LogoThe chargers in our electronic cigarette Starter Packs are covered by our 3 month manufacturers warranty. This applies only to the AC charger and the USB charger. Note: Consumables such as cartomizers and liquid refiller are not covered by our warranty and we will not allow the return of these items, unless the incorrect item was sent to you by us. If this does happen, we will pay for all postage fees involved in getting the product back and returned to you.
Please see below for reasons that our 3 month warranty my become null and void.
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than Electronic Cigarette Suppliers and their suppliers,
2) damage to, physical abuse to, or misuse of the product, or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions,
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended,
4) lack of suitable maintenance and cleaning,
5) power surge or lightning strike.
Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your Electronic Cigarette Suppliers electronic cigarette charging device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow our Returns process.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee LogoThis applies to batteries only. If you have bought a Super E-Cigarette electronic cigarette starter pack or a power kit or a loose battery from us and in the unlikely event that you experience a faulty battery, within 7 days, (considered dead on arrival) you can arrange to claim for it to either be repaired or replaced. Unfortunately the battery is an intricate electronic device and a host of things can go wrong. Like any other battery, light bulb or electronic device, anything can go wrong and the battery can develop a fault or even pack up completely. This will normally occur in the first 2 days, but we will cover a 10 day period from date of purchase. This failure is usually as a result of improper charging and poor maintenance. We are only concerned with manufacturing defects. We will not accept any damaged or poorly maintained batteries and we will not claim for you if you miss the 10 day deadline since the date of purchase. If you wish to send a battery back on a claim, please follow our Returns procedure. Please note that we do not refund delivery and postage fees. You will also need to send proof of payment and date of purchase. See the Returns Procedure.

Secure Shopping Cart LogoWe offer a safe and secure shopping experience, using Payfast as our payment processor. Several paymaent options are available through Payfast, such as EFT from all major banks, Master Card, Visa Card, EFT, UKash, coupons etc.
We will only ship after an order has been paid and verified. Payfast verifies within an hour or so, so it is better for you. They allow payments by EFT, credit card, e-Wallet or UKash. Other private bank transactions could take a couple of days to verify. If you do a private EFT to our bank account, please ask for immediaste clearance. We will only process an order once payment has been verified and appears on our bank account. We will only dispatch orders which have been processed by 10 am. All others will wait until the next morning. We work on public holidays and weekends, but the shippers only work normal weekdays.
