Please note: Your order will only be processed, packed and shipped AFTER we have received proof of payment. Payfast verify all payments within an hour or two. They facilitate payments by EFT and a couple of other means. This is our preferred method of payment.
Important: Products ordered from our “Old Products” range are held and dispatched from our Hilton office. All products from our “New Products” range are held and dispatched from our Joburg office. If you order products from both categories, this will mean 2 parcels to be sent.
Only orders processed, paid and ready for dispatch before 10 am will be dispatched with the couriers or the South African Post Office the same day. All other parcels not yet ready for delivery will wait until the next weekday morning. Speed Services, Post Office and couriers only work normal weekdays. They do not work weekends and Public Holidays. If in doubt at all regarding shipping, please contact us. See the warnings below.
Overnight delivery is ensured for all major cities and most reasonably sized towns. The further out the address, the later the delivery. Outlying areas can take an extra day and really distant places could even take 2 extra days. The couriers only deliver to a physical street address. They can not deliver to a P.O Box. If you live far out on a farm or a district road, rather use a friend’s address in town. If a postal address is given, we will email you for a street address. If we receive no reply, we will have to send the parcel by registered post.
In the event of a late or lost delivery, due to strike action or anything else, we have no control over deliveries by Speed Services, private courier companies or the South African Post Office. Once we have handed the parcel over and received a receipt and tracking number, the matter is out of our hands. Please contact the delivery service contractor directly.

Insurance is also possible, but you will need to contact us for a quote. The Post Office and Speed Services normally charge 3% of the total value for parcels less than 1 Kg and the couriers charge R50 flat rate on a parcel up to 1 Kg. See below.
Please note: Shipping costs include packaging, postage and VAT, but not insurance. If you want insurance on your parcel, please inform us by e-mail. Either wait to make payment, or pay the additional fee after checking out.
We will not be held responsible for late or lost deliveries. We will pack your parcel and pay the relevant delivery party for the delivery costs as per your instruction, but once we have handed the parcel over to the Post Office, or courier service and we have a receipt for our payment, we are no longer liable. We will send you the parcel reference/tracking number, but this is the end of our responsibility. You can enquire with the delivery service as to the whereabouts of your parcel. As long as we have proof of handing the parcel over, we can not and will not pursue the matter any further. It will be deemed to have been successfully shipped to you. We have absolutely no control over delivery of your parcel by any 3rd party.
Electronic Cigarette Suppliers will take the necessary precautions when packing a parcel and try to avoid the possibility of damage to the contents, but then it is out of our hands. If a parcel is damaged in transit, we will not be held liable. Our liability ends when we hand the parcel over for delivery.
All our electronic cigarettes have a 3 month manufacturer’s warranty. This only applies to faulty hardware equipment (the charger, cable and USB adapters from the Starter Pack) and not consumable items. Please see below for reasons why our 3 month warranty may become null and void. Batteries are covered for 30 days. This is calculated from date of purchase.
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than us.
2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof, in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions;
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended.
4) Lack of maintenance
5) Dirty batteries and those with liquid seepage are deemed to be user inflicted and are not covered
Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your electronic cigarette device fails to operate satisfactorily, please follow our Returns process below:
If a battery or charger is faulty, contact us at Head Office. In order that we accept returns, you will first need to complete an RMA request. To do this, you must send us an email, with all relevant details. Please send the parcel by registered mail, as we will not have any way of knowing were the parcel may be, should it go missing in the post. Should you have any questions regarding our Product Return Policy, you can contact us. Please note: We have many false claims, so the conditions are that you bear the cost of returning the item to us and IF deemed faulty, a replacement will be sent with your next order.

If we agree to any exchange, we will send it with your next order. In special cases we can send it by Parcel Post. If you are in a hurry, you can pay for courier and we will send the items overnight.
